Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

The Service offers premium Subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis.

Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial period ends, Your Subscription will automatically renew and You will be charged the applicable Subscription fee unless You cancel before the trial period ends.

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Payment is processed through Apple In-App Purchase
• You can manage Your Subscription in Your Apple Account Settings

Cancellation

You may cancel Your Subscription at any time through Your Apple Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

You retain all rights to Your personal fitness data and workout history. By using the Service, You grant the Company a license to use Your data in an anonymized and aggregated form for:

• Analyzing usage trends
• Enhancing the Service quality

Termination by You

You may delete Your Account at any time by:

1. Opening the Application
2. Going to Settings (Paramètres)
3. Selecting "Delete Account" (Supprimer mon compte)

To Cancel Your Subscription with Apple:

1. Open Settings on Your iOS device
2. Tap Your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "Fit Coach"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

Governing Law

The laws of France, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
